Life can be hard. Sometimes even the most resilient person’s ability to cope can be stretched to the limit. Whether you’re in crisis, healing from a loss, or simply dissatisfied with the status quo and seeking to discover richer meaning in your life—I’m here to help. I know the courage it takes to reach out for help, and if you are reading these words right now, there is a part of you that is ready for change, ready for healing, ready for a deeper sense of wholeness.
The therapeutic relationship can be a vehicle for great change, and I believe in collaborating with my clients to help them live their best, most authentic lives. My orientation to therapy is primarily Psychodynamic, and I also incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems Therapy depending on each person’s unique, individual needs. I hold a safe, warm, non-judgmental space for you to explore yourself deeply.
I work with adults of all ages, and from all walks of life, to help them navigate the myriad of issues that emerge around relationships, family conflict, grief and loss, substance use, life transitions, and spirituality. Additionally, I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma in their lives (acute, chronic, and complex) and/or those who have received mood disorder diagnoses. Wherever you are on your path is okay. With the right tools and support, I believe that healing is always possible in the present moment.

My fee is $175 per 50-minute session. I don’t accept insurance, but I’m happy to provide a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits.
